You are a GREAT daughter to take care of your mother in her latter years.... you will never regret it and I'm sure your mom is so proud of you. May the Good Lord bless and comfort you ...

Have you tried the U.S. Census? The Census, taken every 10 years, will list households by names, siblings, ages, etc. Do you know any general information on where he or his family was in 2000, 1990, 1980? It can be a starting point to peel away layers in getting information.

A Brighton man shot and killed a 44-year-old registered sex offender who attacked two women in their home early this morning, officials said. According to Dist. Atty. Gen. Mike Dunavant, David Fleming charged into the home of two women at about 3 a.m. Fleming bound the women but one escaped and ran to a nearby home. Dunavant said Fleming, who lived in Munford, intended to rape the women.
The woman who escaped went to the nearby home of Keith Ingram for help, Dunavant said. Ingram, carrying a .40-caliber handgun, ran to the house and found Fleming attacking the other woman, officials said. When Fleming tried to attack Ingram, Dunavant said Ingram shot Fleming once. Tipton County Sheriff’s deputies and Brighton Police officers found Fleming dead on the front porch of the home.
Fleming had been convicted of attempted rape in Tipton County. He’s listed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s sex-offender registry. Dunavant said Ingram has no criminal record and has a permit to carry the handgun.
The women who were attacked were treated at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton. TBI officials are assisting with the case. The Shelby County Medical Examiner will conduct an autopsy. Investigators took statements from several witnesses today. The shooting is still under investigation.

do you still find it difficult to pray for the family, let's say, if your husband or another man is present?
do you still feel uncomfortable to do it?.
-ootb.
Oh, and in the prayer, she never says "Jehovah" but only Heavenly Father.
ut ohhhhh..... I've never been a "dub", but it sounds like she's "one foot in and one foot out".
i recently starting watching the hbo drama "big love" and was wondering.
if anyone here who is a mormon or used to be one or is connected to mormons.
somehow has seen the show, and what you think of it.. .
The title of a children's song cd proves the "mormon talk"? riiiiiiiight

Have a Happy Happy Joy Joy (Mormon talk) day.
"Mormon talk"? .... not a chance. I've been around many mormons for several years and I've never heard them say that (sounds more like Hari-Krishna "talk".
Maybe next time you will think twice before jumping on an ex-Mormon who joins this forum or saying we are all ignorant.
Well, that's a good tactic, isn't it. Verbally gang-tackle someone who's giving their opinion and defending it, How is it that you're "hurt" by being called ignorant when it seems the whole board is essentially using their posts to call her the same thing?
If people don't respect others' religion - fine, but why go overboard in not respecting a person's right to believe what they will without being lambasted? too reasonable perhaps? (just a thought)
Hey there.... where've you been?

Excuse me ? Just where did I demean anyone in my post ? I believe I was explaining that these kind of words can come from those who are fresh out because of their anger for the cult telling lies and destroying lives.
Excuse me??? The original posting is about a man passing, PERIOD.... yet, some people will even use that to turn it into a soapbox of "why we hate cults".... I think we all know.... "bad cults" "bad", "bad", "bad"... got it.
It's amazing how many people on this board knew the man personally to give such "well informed" opinions.
